I work with people who are ready to go beneath the surface — to understand not just what is happening, but why, and what they truly want instead. My role is not to give answers, but to help you find your own.
My path to psychology was not a straight line — it was carved by personal necessity. A serious health crisis forced me to look beyond conventional medicine and ask deeper questions: what does it mean to truly heal? What I discovered was that healing the body alone was not enough. I had to attend to my mind, my emotions, and my spirit — all at once, all together.
That experience gave me something no textbook could: a firsthand understanding of what it means to be unwell in ways that others cannot always see, and the profound relief of finding a space where you are genuinely understood.
It also gave me my life’s work. For over two decades, I have been accompanying people through their own complex inner landscapes — with curiosity, care, and deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s journey.
“I did not choose this profession. It chose me — through the experience of my own transformation.”
My work is integrative — meaning I draw on both psychological insight and coaching methodology, depending on where you are and what you need. These two disciplines are complementary: psychology helps us understand the roots, coaching helps us grow toward the light.
In a friendly, unhurried conversation, we identify what you are seeking — your goals, your pain points, and what meaningful change would look like for you.
Using psychological tools, we gently surface the unconscious patterns, emotional blocks, and inner conflicts that may be keeping you stuck — without forcing or rushing the process.
Once you feel emotionally and mentally safe and grounded, coaching takes over: we move from the present toward the future, at your own pace, building a realistic and meaningful plan of action.
Change is not a single moment — it is a process. I stay with you through the steps, the setbacks, and the breakthroughs, adjusting as your needs evolve.

Whatever you bring — confusion, grief, ambition, shame, or simply a feeling you can't name — it is welcome here. I do not advise, diagnose, or direct. I listen, and I ask the right questions.
50-minute sessions, held online or in person, every two to three weeks. There is no rigid programme — the work shapes itself around what you need, session by session.
My approach is not about symptom relief — it is about understanding and shifting the patterns underneath. Clients often find that changes in one area ripple outward into others they didn't expect.
Everything discussed between us stays between us. I work to the highest professional and ethical standards, in line with Hungarian and European data protection regulations.
For expats, digital nomads and students being able to express yourself in your own language is essential. Sessions are conducted in natural, fluent English, with no barriers.
We begin with a complimentary 20-minute conversation — no obligation. You can share what is on your mind, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether you'd like to continue.
The first step is usually the hardest — and the smallest. A 20-minute call costs you nothing, and it might change everything.
